01 — Approach
The quality of a concrete floor is decided at the pour, not during polishing. We get involved before the slab goes down — so the finish you specified is the finish you hand over.
That means slab and mix advice at design stage, sample panels signed off before main works, and a written view on what a floor can realistically achieve before anyone commits to it in a finishes schedule. Where a slab will not deliver what has been specified, we say so early — while it is still a specification problem and not a defect claim.
