What decides the specification

Point loading and forklift traffic

Racking legs and hard-wheeled forklifts concentrate enormous load into a small footprint. The build-up and the joint treatment have to be specified for that, not for foot traffic.

Joints, not fields, fail first

Most warehouse floor complaints trace back to spalled or unfilled saw cuts. We treat joints as a specified item with a semi-rigid filler, not as an afterthought.

Program and shutdown windows

A working warehouse cannot stop. Works are staged bay by bay, with cure times and trafficable-by times confirmed in writing before we start.

Line marking and demarcation

Traffic separation, pedestrian walkways and racking bays marked as part of the floor package rather than as a separate trade.
