Fixed handover dates
We quote against your program, confirm the trafficable-by date in writing, and flag any conflict before you commit to a trading date.

After-hours and centre access
Night and weekend works, centre inductions, hoarding lines and noise restrictions handled as part of the scope rather than as a variation.

Existing slabs, unknown condition
Fit-outs almost always mean lifting an old covering. We assess the slab before quoting where access allows, so the adhesive underneath does not become a mid-program surprise.

It has to look finished
This is a customer-facing floor. Consistency across the trading area is part of the specification, not a bonus.
