Overview
In fit-out and refurbishment work the slab almost never arrives ready. Carpet adhesive, vinyl glue, old coatings, levelling compound and contamination all have to come off before any new system goes down, and the quality of that removal determines whether the new floor bonds or fails.
We prepare slabs for our own systems and for other trades' — including tilers, vinyl and resin applicators who need a specific surface profile delivered on a fixed date. Work is dust-controlled with HEPA extraction so it can run inside occupied and partially occupied buildings.

What we will tell you up front
The extent of preparation cannot be fully known until the covering is lifted. Where adhesives, coatings or slab damage are more extensive than the tender documents indicated, we flag it in writing with a variation before proceeding rather than absorbing it silently or stopping the program.
