For builders, architects & shopfitters
A flooring subcontractor who reads the program before the finishes schedule.
Compliance documentation ready to send. Specification support before the slab is poured. Quotes that price the staging and the access, not just the square metres, with every variation put in writing before we proceed.

Where we slot into your program
01
Design & documentation
Finish and system selection against the actual environment, slab and mix recommendations before the pour, and realistic advice on what a given specification will deliver. Getting this right is the cheapest risk reduction available on a floor.
02
Tender & quote
Priced from drawings and an area schedule. Commercial quotes returned within 3 business days, once we have everything we need to price it, with the staging, access assumptions and exclusions written down so you are not comparing our number against something that excluded preparation.
03
Pre-start
Insurances, licensing and a site-specific SWMS to your safety officer before we mobilise. Sample panel poured and signed off so the approved finish is on record before main works.
04
On site
Staged to your program — level by level, zone by zone, after hours where the building is live. HEPA extraction so we can work in occupied areas without shutting down neighbouring trades.
05
Handover
Trafficable-by dates confirmed in writing, protection recommendations for following trades, and a maintenance schedule the facility manager can actually follow.
The questions we get asked before we are appointed
What happens if the slab is not up to the specified finish?
We tell you in writing, before works start, with the options and what each will cost. A floor that cannot deliver the specified finish is a specification problem while it is on paper and a defect claim after handover — we would rather have the difficult conversation early.
Can you work around other trades and live tenancies?
Yes. Staged delivery, after-hours and weekend works, and HEPA dust extraction so preparation can run inside occupied buildings. We plan the staging into the quote rather than treating it as a variation.
Who carries the risk on surface preparation?
Where tender documents understate the condition of an existing slab, we flag it in writing with a variation before proceeding. We do not absorb it silently and we do not stop the program while it is resolved.
How do you control dust and slurry?
Dry grinding: the dust is collected by our H-class (HEPA) three-phase vacuum, which dumps it into specialised plastic bags that we seal shut and put in the skip. Wet cutting, the wet polish on minimal-exposure and burnished floors: we wet-vac the slurry up as we go and pump it into a large dewatering bag propped on a stand we built for it. The slurry stays in the bag, clean water slowly drains out, and the floor stays virtually mess-free. After roughly 24 hours the bag is picked up with a forklift and dropped into the skip.
Do you provide compliance documentation?
Certificates of currency, licensing and a site-specific SWMS, supplied at pre-start or earlier on request. Contact us and we will send the pack.
