Healthcare & Education Flooring in Adelaide

Hospitals, aged care and schools rarely close for a floor. The work happens in stages, around occupied wards and running classrooms, with infection control or child-safety requirements that constrain how and when we can work — and a slip classification that is not negotiable.

  • Staged delivery around live wards and classrooms
  • Slip classifications specified and testable to AS 4586
  • Low-odour systems for occupied buildings
  • HEPA dust extraction throughout
  • Seamless, easily sanitised surfaces

What decides the specification

01

Staged around live operation

Works planned ward by ward or block by block, in term breaks or overnight, with hoarding and access agreed before we mobilise.

02

Slip resistance is a compliance item

Ramps, entries and wet areas carry mandated classifications. We specify to the tested classification rather than to a product description.

03

Odour, dust and VOC control

Occupied healthcare and education buildings need low-odour systems and HEPA-extracted preparation. Product selection follows that constraint.

04

Cleanability

Seamless, sealed floors with no grout lines or seams — faster to clean and no joints to harbour contamination.
