The brief
A 2,470m² commercial workshop carrying constant heavy vehicle movement, hoist loading and workshop chemical exposure. The floor had to survive point loading from jacks and stands, resist oils and solvents, and clean down without absorbing contamination.
We mechanically prepared the full slab, treated cracks and joints, then built up a high-performance epoxy system specified for the traffic and chemical regime rather than for appearance. The finished floor is seamless, chemically resistant and cleanable, with no joints or coverings for contamination to sit in.
